Better Business Bureau

The Better Business Bureau has provided  wonderful services to help companies and conusmers resolve their disputes. I should know, I recently took issue with a company that had not fullfilled their entire agreement with me and it almost cost me a lot of money.

Thank God I contacted the Phoenix Better Business Bureau. They had professional arbitrators who handled my case very well and took care of the matter really quick. It didn't take long before the company I had an issue with was informed of the matter.  They responded in two days after recieving notice. I soon received a call from the C.E.O. of the company with an apology and compensation for the misunderstanding.

I really wasn't out to make this company look bad, I just wanted to resolve the issue I had with them and thanks to the Arizona Business Bureau, it was all taken care of in a matter of days without any hassle. Now that is what I call great service. It wasn't a long and drawn out process like I thought it would be. The AZ BBB took care of it all for me.
