I recently started a wedding consultant business. Business
has been going so well that I needed to hire staff. A couple months later, I enrolled my staff in
business courses through The Training Registry.
I needed my staff to be trained in sales, safety and time
management. I had just missed the workshops that were in town and sending them
to another city to take those classes was not in my company’s budget. When I did
an online search for management training
workshops, I clicked on The Training Registry. As a directory they had a
variety of classes. I was ecstatic they had online training courses. My staff didn’t
need take time off and they can do it in the comfort of their office.
As of late, I have been enrolling my staff in other
necessary business workshops to help them in getting the training they need. Without
The Training Registry, I would
have to make arrangements for only a few of my staff to get trained. Having to
find online courses, the entire staff is able to take the courses without having
to leave or take time off. I have been using their directory to my advantage! I’m glad I've found them, as a business training directory!
